Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Commitment: 3 and 12 month memberships must commit to the full 3 or 12 months. $50 Cancelation will Apply for canceling mid-term.

2. Playtime Booking: Playtime must be booked in advance through our website or mobile app to ensure availability.

3. Booking slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Unlimited Memberships: Limited to unlimited visit on the Weekdays only. Weekend admissions to be purchased at 20% discounted price.

5. Timings and Capacity: Operating hours are subject to change at the management’s discretion. Any updates will be communicated via our official channels. Entry may be restricted during peak hours or due to capacity limitations, even for members.

6. Membership Benefits and Usage: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member. The number of entries and arcade coins included in the membership plan must be utilized within the billing month and cannot be carried forward.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being deducted from the monthly allowance.

8. Health and Safety: All participants must adhere to the playground's safety rules and guidelines. Socks must be worn in play areas where required.

9. Behavior and Conduct: Misbehavior or violation of rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of membership without a refund.

10. Refunds and Cancellations: Membership fees are non-refundable.

11. Liability: The management is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged within the premises. Use of the playground facilities is at the member’s own risk.

12. By enrolling for a membership, members agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
